Summer is here and if you live in a hot climate, than you know the struggle that comes with heating up breakfast in the morning.

Here are three no-cook breakfast options that will leave you and your house feeling cool this summer. All of these options can be done the night before so you’ll be ready to grab and go the following morning. 

Berry Yogurt Smoothie
Here’s a simple smoothie for the morning. Blend fruit (banana, berries, greens) with Greek yogurt and liquid (milk, water, etc.). Pack the mixture in a plastic sandwich bag and freeze overnight. Fruit Yogurt Parfaits
A layered parfait is the perfect on-the-go breakfast. Layer Greek yogurt, your favorite juicy fruit, and chopped almonds for a delightful crunch. You can also add granola, peanut butter, agave nectar, or honey to sweeten it up.

Fruit and Cheese
A easy-to-assemble morning meal is fruit and cheese. Grab a red or green apple, cut 1 to 2 ounces of your favorite cheese into cubes and place inside a plastic sandwich bag. For fiber, toss in ¼ cup of walnuts into the plastic bag.
