Starting your day with creamy avocado toast is the right way to start your day. Toast bread and spread the mashed avocado onto it, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, add a fried egg, and then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. This might be the lengthier recipe but it’s still easy to prepare.

Spinach and Cheddar Quiche
In a mug, cover half a cup of spinach. You can put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes depending on your microwave. Drain the water and add an egg, half cup of milk, and sprinkle cheese. Mix, then microwave for about three minutes. Breakfast is served, in less than 10 minutes!

Nut Butter, Banana, and Chia Seed Toast
Toast your bread, grab a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter or Nutella and spread on the toast. Slice half a banana and slice into circles topping the bread with the banana. sprinkle chia onto your toast!
